Philosophy of Therapy
There are times in all of our lives when we feel lost. How do we find our way? We can’t always do it alone. In my practice, I take a psychodynamic approach. Working in this way, I will help you recognize patterns in your relationships and emotional life, and to identify which of those patterns are no longer serving you well. When you have gained new insights into where you’ve been, you’ll be able to see your way forward. I believe that therapy is a journey; with my help you’ll find a new path.
